Note that this is the Wide Body van, meaning that it has a six inches WIDER body than most other camper van, allowing for a roomier walkway, and most importantly, a rear king bed that can comfortably accomodate someone up to 6'5" comfortably. It has a fully enclosed aisle bathroom with shower, furnace with wall thermostat, 2 burner cook top(almost no sign of use), refrigerator, dining table for rear Sofa, ice cold roof air conditioning and dash air, easy to drive and parks in a normal parking spot. Very clean inside and out. Exterior is 8/10, with some minor wear and tear, mostly a couple of small dings and cosmetic involving some fading on the graphics, as is typical with an RV of this age. All paint still have a very good shine, including the fiberglass top, which is often faded to chalky white on other campers. Overall RV still looks very presentable from the outside. Interior is 9/10, could easily passes for being 3-4 years old. Very fresh smelling and ultra clean. Driver cab area could pass for a year old, with both seats and dash showing zero sign of wear, which is indicative of the ultra low mileage. Mattress/sofa has no stain, fresh smelling and comfortable/cozy to sleep on, with privacy curtain. Everything works inside and out. Needs nothing.
