GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to nice when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to nice when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. The auction i purchased it from gave it a 4 out of 5. Most of the time the auction gives items a 2 or 3. So it is unusual to see a 4, you never see a 5. Reason most auctions down grade thier numbers is to benefit the bank reps. Its easier for the bank rep to explain why the RV sold for less than what book says its worth Some people consider the diesel Super C classes as toterhomes. Reason being tight turning ablility, lots of towing capacity, and can sleep a lot of people. Please do not confuse the high quality of the Jayco Seneca with less expensive , more entry level Super C s like the Ultra, and the Endura. While there is nothing wrong with these RVs they are less expensive for a reason. Its like comparing a BMW and a Kia. Nothing wrong with a Kia, its just not a BMW Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 37 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Jayco Seneca, built on a GM C5500 chassis. Jayco makes other fine products such as the Granite RidgePlease dont get the high quality of the Jayco Seneca confused with less expensive more entry level Super C s like the Ultra , and the Endura. Nothing wrong with those RV, but they are less expensive for a reason. This is a comparable RV to the Super Nova SuperNova built on the international chassis The coach has the following options/features: Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity Generator 6000 quiet diesel 105 hours Electric Entry Steps Electric Patio Awningslide toppers Stove top Microwave Oven aluminum wheels pass thru storage sleeps 9 TV sBackup cameraThis RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. This RV is pretty easy to drive. There is 2 roof AC units that works. Ducted air LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is General GM diesel. Duramax diesel. According to the online spec sheet is makes approx 660 ft lbs of torque and 360HP The Allison automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 6k watt Onan quiet diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. approx 105 gen hours There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 89k, this does not include 6 brand new tires This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 9 as it currently sits There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. dinette sleeps 2bunks sleep 2over the cab sleeps 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. Aluminum wheels too. We drove the RV 600 miles with the tires currently on it. The tires were made early 2007. They are inexcess of 7 yrs old, which is the life of an RV tire. The price posted includes 6 brand new tires. Should the tires not be important to you, please subtract approx 2k dollars off the asking price The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. THIS COACH IS READY TO ROLL: I put on 6 new tires about 3,000 miles ago. I also had the oil and filter changed as well as a professional big truck full chassis lube at the end of last season. I just changed the oil and filter on the generator, and have always kept the entire coach well maintained. We have never had a leak, and we are non-smokers and no pets. The carpet has some spots, the rear decal is cracked as well as one of the mirrored closet doors, and there are some black rub marks low on the right side where I kissed a guard rail once, but that is down in the body painted area and almost blends in with the black decals. We bought this beauty from RVWorld Fleetwood dealer in Yuma Arizona, in July 2013.That time it had 33400 miles on it. Now it has around 36181 miles. Generator has 346 hours. We were the second owners. First owners as we were told they upgraded to American Coach or something like that from Fleetwood brand. It is maintained by Mike Thompsons RV in Santa Fe Springs, CA under our ownership. They have all its records and can be called for details. They changed transmission oil, engine oil, generator oil and replaced main batteries and changed TV antenna gear box. They also installed blue ox towing package. I had a couple of issues during my ownership. One was engine A/C one day stopped working, and then later lounge area bulb burned out. Mike Thompson RV fixed some electrical problems in dash board and lounge area, now everything works in this RV like brand new condition. I had no big trouble with this RV. If you are looking at this add you might already know the details of this RV. It has 360hp engine and 1050 torque power. It pulls my Ford Explorer 2014 model like a tin can. I do not even feel it i am towing behind me. It has washer dryer, dish washer, full residential refrigerator, 3 tvs including one outside. Please see the pictures and product brochure. The reason we are selling this beauty is that we have a new born, new job and new home buying requirements, we need to lower our bills. Otherwise we love to keep this RV but we cannot use it that much anymore. We are hoping it will help another family to enjoy their days with it. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. Pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours via Paypal or send me a confirmation # from FedEx or similar for a cashiers check within 24 hours and you will have 5 days to pay the balance. I do offer a $100 discount off of the winning bid price AFTER the $295 Doc Fee is paid.
