1991 Damon Escaper , I have driven it on long an short trip and has never given me any problems. The RV has just shy of 21,000 miles on it. The unit was owned by the same person since new, then given to their son, and then I bought it about 1.5 years ago. I am selling because this was a test for me to make sure I would utilize a motorhome before I spend more on a newer unit. I have decided I will use a motorhome so I am selling this one so I can go purchase one newer. This has a Chevy 454 V8 gas engine - P30 Chassis. Here are the pros, and cons: PROS: New windshield, strong engine, strong transmission, brakes are good, 4 brand new tires, new vent in bathroom, new toilet seat, new clips for basement storage doors, good working patio awning, great rims, towing package, on board propane tank, furniture is in great shape, never smoked in Furnace, stove, oven, AC, hot water tanks, windshield wipers, working cluster, newer radio and speakers. I have replaced more but those are the highlights CONS: Fridge, microwave, and generator does not work. The generator will turn over but will not stay started, could be something easy that I am not seeing. There is also a small water leak upfront. The water leak is very easily fixed. Just needs caulking on top of the unit. The rubber roof is in EXCELLENT shape, just need to do some minor sealing where the rubber meets the fiberglass body. Blinds are original but in decent shape and functional. There is no water damage showing on the ceiling. I am a motivated seller and would like to see this go ASAP. Willing to adjust the price, but will not move far, lets be fair and you could own a nice RV. $5,500.00 8103332260
