This was factory ordered by its first owner(s) through a local Arizona Spartan dealer. This unit was owned and used as a mobile art studio by the world renowned artist's Dee & Monte Flagg. 1996 Gulf Stream Conquest 102, Runs and drives great! No "check engine" light nor codes. Excellent motorhome for full-timing or boondocking. Has the following amenities and options: -7,000 watt diesel generator with Kubota engine -Fully ducted A/C and propane furnace -110V / propane refrigerator -Leveling jacks -TV -Propane stove / oven -Large bathtub -Double-sized bed (they call it a "queen"; I'm not so sure) -Apartment-sized stackable washer / dryer -JVC in-dash stereo system Has the following new, or newer, parts: -Tires (5 new in 2013, around 10,000 miles on them. The other tire was new in 2009 and has about 14,000 miles on it.) -Refrigerator solenoid -Kitchen faucet -Engine batteries -Engine alternator -Camshaft position sensor -JVC in-dash stereo system (new in 2013) -30A to 15A adaptor -Grey and black valve drain hose -Roof coating Everything works except for the following: -Cab overhead light -Storage compartment lights -House battery (probably needs to be replaced) -Leveling jacks (one is stuck, but otherwise the system works) -Black tank valve (needs to be replaced) -Aftermarket surround-sound stereo system (never could figure out how to get it to work) -Bedroom accordion door latch strap (it broke) -Circuit breaker box door latch (it broke) -Electric side door step (it slides manually with ease, but the electric motor doesn't work) One of the pictures shows some slight delamination of the siding. It does not cause leakage into the interior. Right now it could use a new windshield and a good thorough cleaning. That's why I set the price much lower than NADA book value for a gasoline model. If it doesn't sell quickly, I will start working on it and the price will increase commensurately up to the $13,000 I have into it. This motorhome served us well, but we haven't been using it over the past two years and that means it's time to let it go. We've been starting it up and moving it around periodically to keep it working. The video shows the engine starting. I'm willing to do a partial trade for any of the following vehicles and a minimum of $5,000 to cover the balance of the loan: -1972 Cadillac Sedan DeVille -Full-size station wagon (1990 or older) -Mid-size station wagon (1972 or older) -Full-size cargo van (must be able to tow at least 5,000 pounds) -Suburban (1991 or older) Any vehicle I'd take on trade must be in good mechanical and cosmetic condition, not smell like smoke or animals, and have under 150,000 miles. Retail MSRP was $53k. Each model got between 22-30 mpg. Of these 587, ONLY 172 units were SE units with the Fixed High-top powered by the impressive GM V6 Gas engine mated to a four speed automatic trans-axle. Ahead of its time motor home appointments included a full size rear double bed and a side-facing sofa/dinette that also converts to a double bed. A four seat dinette is created by rotating the front passenger seat. A 600 watt Sharp microwave oven, a 1200 watt Heart inverter provides its 110 volt power from the coach's batteries when not connected to ground power. The coach batteries are charged by the inverter featuring a 50 amp, 3 step charging cycle. A four cubic foot Norcold refrigerator that operates either on 12 V DC or 110 V AC power. A Hi Fi AM/FM radio tape player that operates on 12 V DC. Duo-therm 110 V AC ground powered air conditioners were offered as options. A 25 gallon fresh water tank under the front passenger seat. Located under the galley sink are an engine coolant heater, a domestic hot water tank and a one quart electric heater that operates either from the inverter or ground power. An 18 gallon gray and a 12 gallon black water tank under the galley and bathroom floors outboard. Their dump connector and valves are behind the left rear body flap. A welded steel frame and molded fiberglass body of unique design with a coefficient of drag < 0.3. The front suspension, power steering, and power brakes are General Motors G20 series van hardware. It has a Cadillac automatic level ride system. The instrumentation is by VDO. Its 23 gallon fuel tank under the rear passenger seat, and its 27+ mile per gallon fuel efficiency give it a comfortable 600 mile range between fuel stops.This vehicle has been well maintained and has service receipts and documentation from day one. Having recently completed a full service, inclusive of all fluids, filters, newer tires, battery's as well as a newer roof top A/C unit. Having no accident history this vehicle drives straight and true with all the comforts you would expect. Include in the sale is all the history along with owner’s manual on CD disk as well. This is a 2014 model Gatormade trailer. It is only four months old. I bought it new and have only used it a few times to haul my equipment. It is a Cadillac of equipment trailers, built as well as any I've owned. It comes with the super wide spring assist ramps, toolbox in the front, factory spare, fire extinguisher, LED lights all around, work like on the gooseneck with switch to assist when hooking up in the dark...more options than you will find on any utility trailer. It has is rated for 20,000 lbs. and comes with the commercial grade 17.5" wheels and 14 ply tires. I'm in the process of selling my mini excavator and won't need a trailer this heavy duty.
