This is a very rare 1977 Apache Ramada hard side camper, there is no canvas to rot or have mice get into. The rims and tires are in good shape and overall the camper could be used now. I pulled off the road cover to fix a hole and while it was off I replaced the roof panels, insulated with reflectix insulation and replaced the lights with new LED lights. There are a few very small cracks on the bed ends that need to be repaired but I have all of the MEK and ABS chips to make the repair easily. The sink faucet is still there but it leaks so I currently have it out of the camper. The cushions are all there and are in pretty good shape although there is a small hole in one of the bench seats. When the table is set up the hole is not visible but when the table is set up as a bed it is visible. The bed end mattress are gone but you can use air mattresses and they work well. The electrical all works well and all of the tow lights work with the exception of one of the side driving lights where the tab that holds the bulb is broken. I have not tried the stove top or tested the gas line although it does all look ok. The top goes up very smoothly with no issues and I have the original crank handle. I have the original keys and owners manual. I would really prefer people to take a good look at the camper in person before putting in an offer since it is 37 years old. These have a bit of a cult following and will outlast most pop up campers purchased today. The camper tows very well and is currently registered in CT but has no title. The state of CT no longer issues titles for anything older than 1980. If interested in comiing and taking a look email me or give me a call at 860-506-5719
