Non smoking and no pets coach has never been lived in. Excellent condition, everything works, all original manuals. 4 sides, 3 ducted air conditioners, American Eagle upgrades, tag axle, side radiator, macerator pump, surge guard, new 2500 watt inverter. King temper pedic bed, ceiling fan, upgraded 42" smart 3d tv, aqua hot, bedroom TV and exterior TV. Can load up tomorrow, needs nothing. 5 year chassis service and 500 hour generator service by reputable shop done in May 2014. Tow dinghy is a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with 125,000 miles. Sale due to health. UNIQUE FEATURES- -This 2008 American Coach IS NOT OVERWEIGHT. Most 2008s are overweight on the front axle until Fleetwood made the change to larger front axles, or owners spent about $20k to upgrade the axles and wheels themselves. - Its one of only three painted in the Chili Red Cyclone paint scheme so you don't run into others like it. Its a bold paint job that gets lots of positive comments. Interior is cherry wood. -I don't care for decals so I ordered it with none on it. Even the mud and gravel guard was changed and reads only American Coach in the correct script logo. It's got a new engine under warranty in Nov. 2011 because the original had one of the defective wrist pin failures. It is a factory new engine. Coach mileage 43K, engine mileage 8K. All the cabinet hardware is a more modern style in brushed nickel since my wife didn't like the original traditional style. OTHER FEATURES AND OPTIONS: King size Sleep Number bed. It has an aftermarket built in central vacuum system. It was ordered with additional lights and outlets for better reading and sewing. It has the optional dishwasher. I had made and installed a matching Corian shelf behind the couch like the ones in the later coaches. It has matching Euro recliners instead of the fold out couch. Also added custom bookracks on that wall. It has the Corian table with 4 chairs instead of the dinette. We have added 3 extra full length mirrors. It has the optional heated porcelain tile floors, one of the really great options in our opinion. Interior is cherry wood. It has 5 optional slide out trays in the belly bays. 2012 AMERICAN TRADITION 42P. We put this coach on the market with sadness, as we love the RV life and have been doing it since 1975; but I had my 75th birthday last month, and we now have a condo in Florida. It has not been an easy decision. It is also difficult to price an RV, new or used. The average retail on this coach per Lazydays (FL) was $328,000 in March. Now it looks like NADA has it at $318,000 w/o the options. This is not an average coach, by any means. It is perfect inside and out. We just took it on a 3k mi swing east, and the only failure was a bulb over a couch. It is equipped with every option that was available, and then some, i.e., outdoor fridge ($700), Winegard Carryout ($600), carpeted bays, Roadmaster Sterling hitch, auto tire pressure monitor system, Air Force One braking system, en motion TV tracking system just to name a few. Please reference the copy of the window sticker. It listed for about $505k new at Lazydays. We are very OCD about our stuff, and have taken better care of it than you will. It has been garaged since new. No pets or smokers. Too, it has a transferable Cornerstone extended warranty. I will also offer to sell our tow car, also immaculate. It is a 2013 Honda CR-V AWD EX-L with nav, backup camera and sensors, roof rack, wired towing hitch (never used), running boards, protective side molding, and more. It is set up for the Sterling hitch, as well as the Air Force One braking system. This is sort of a ready to go package, if interested. The buyer would get 6 or 7 thousand $ worth, essentially for nothing. The combination of Spartan chassis and Cummins power are, in my opinion, preferable to the Freightliner/Cat packages out there. This RV was bought from a fellow RV dealer out of Fl. With that said it is most likely a trade in or was just sold out right to the RV dealer. I bought it at a dealer only auction 600 miles from my location. The RV dealer drove it approx 150 miles to the auction. So in the last week it safely made a 750 miles trip GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to slightly below avg condition when compared to other 8yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is this RV like many other RVs does have some delam or delamanation. The delam is mainly located between the slides on both sides The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Fleetwood American Coach Revolution RV built on a Spartan Chassis. American Coach makes other fine RVs , like the American Eagle , Tradition , Dream , and the Heritage. There are 2 roof AC unit that work. Ducted airs Heatpumps as well There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. Please keep in mind i have disclosed some delam aka delamanation on this RV This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa 2 more on the other jack knife sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are beyond 7 yrs old and should be replaced. Min sidewall cracking is noted. The front tires are brand new. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles.
