It is a low mileage trailer that has been garage kept most of its life. If you don't like attention, this is not the trailer for you! These don't come along very often in this condition! This trailer only weighs 3762lb. empty, so it can be towed with most SUV's. It is light-weight, very easy to tow maneuver, and it is extremely well equipped. Interior: The interior of the trailer is in pristine condition! It is smoke, pet, odor, and leak free. The upholstery and curtains are extremely clean. There are no notable blemishes on the interior of the trailer. It has a new 28" LED TV, new convection microwave, and two upgraded Fantastic fans w/ new covers. All systems and appliances have been tested and are guaranteed to be functioning properly! Exterior: The exterior is excellent condition as well! The trailer has new tires and batteries. The brakes have been checked and the bearings have been packed. It has a few small blemishes which are shown in the detailed slideshow (few small dings in the front of the trailer and a scrape on the curb side rear panel). It has a Zip Dee awning that is in excellent condition. All lights are in perfect working order. The awning, steps, and stabilizing jacks have been lubricated and all exterior trim parts/accessories have either been restored or replaced. The A/C has been serviced and the shroud was replaced. The trailer has been recently buffed and waxed.
