Beautiful, clean, well-kept, luxury fifth wheel with lots of outstanding features. This is a spacious rear kitchen model and the top of the line '05 Sunnybrook Titan series, model 30RK-FS. It is very comfortable and roomy with two slide-outs. One in the living area (dining table and sofa) and the other in the bedroom with a queen bed. It is decorated throughout in neutral colors. The exterior is in awesome shape, too. Fully enclosed, heated tanks and valves, heated storage, 3 heating systems makes this a true 4 season trailer.Nice day-night shades throughout the RV. Most of the interior lights have been replaced with LED bulbs. All vents (4) have Max air vent covers so you can leave them open while travelling. The vent in the kitchen is a Fantastic Fan with a rain sensor that will close on its own if it begins to rain.Loads of storage inside and out. The bedroom has a huge, full-width closet with mirrored sliding doors at the front of the RV and a 6 drawer dresser. There's more storage under the bed. SUNNYBROOK TITAN 5TH WHEEL TRAILER. Beautiful, clean, well-kept, luxury fifth wheel with lots of outstanding features. This is a rear kitchen model and the top of the line Sunnybrook Titan series, model 30RKFS. It is very comfortable and spacious with a double slide-out in the living area (dining table and sofa) and another slide-out in the bedroom (queen bed). Nice day-night shades throughout the RV. Most of the interior lights have been replaced with LED bulbs. All vents have Max air vent covers so you can leave them open while traveling. The vent in the kitchen is a Fantastic Fan with a rain sensor that will close on its own if it begins to rain and the vents above the bed and in the bathroom are power vents (fans). STORAGE. This RV offers loads of storage inside. The kitchen offers plenty of upper and lower cabinets and there are smaller cabinets above the dining table, the sofa, the recliners, and the entertainment center. The bedroom has a huge mirrored closet at the front of the RV with spacious cabinets on either side, 6 large dresser drawers opposite the bed, and storage underneath the bed. There is an enormous basement storage area underneath with a full length sliding tray that you can pull out from either side of the trailer for easy access. LIVING ROOM. The living area offers two rocker recliners, a hide-a-bed sofa, 28" LED Smart TV, and surround sound DVD/AM/FM and a ceiling fan. There is also central air conditioning and a furnace. A gas valve has been added to accommodate a catalytic heater (Wave heater). A pocket door separates the back living area from the bedroom and bathroom at the front of the RV. There is an additional accordion door that provides privacy for the bedroom itself. KITCHEN/DINING AREA. The kitchen has a large 2-door refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a 3-burner stove, a microwave, a hidden waste basket storage cabinet, a spice rack behind the range, an under-counter coffee maker, and a double sink with a water filter underneath. Oak table and 4 chairs in dining area. Wood look floor in kitchen and bath.EXTERIOR. Four brand new tires, a brand new 20' acrylic awning with weather shield was installed in October and comes with screens that attach for more outdoor living space. Both slide outs have awnings attached so you don't get leaves or other debris on top of the slide-out when it is extended. There is also a custom RV skirt that provides private storage area in the front and an ADCO RV cover for winter storage and as well as tire covers. There are two spare tires and wheels mounted under the trailer, front power leveling jacks and crank down stabilizer jacks in the rear. 2011 Keystone Cougar 278RKS, 2011 Cougar 278RKS, half-ton towable, purchased new from dealer April 2012. Beautiful unit located in Clarkston, Washington (across the river from Lewiston, Idaho). -Polar package means plumbing, holding tanks and dump valves are heated. Entire bottom is fully enclosed plus slide-out has extra insulation in floor. Sidewalls R-9, ceiling R-14, floor R-14, underbelly R-15, slide-out floor R-15. Literature says good to zero degrees--we have been in 24 degrees to 105 degrees and have always been very comfortable. -Super slide is 12 foot wide with couch and dinette and slides out 38 inches, providing lots of living space. When slide is in there is still plenty of room to access sink, stove, refrig. and dining table for meals on the go. Day/night shades throughout. -17 foot electric awning. Built-in bike/storage rack on back slides out as needed. Large pass-through storage. Manual rear jacks, electric front jacks. Added second jack system to front so landing gears operate separately, allowing jacks to extend on uneven ground. -Length: 28 feet 9 inches. Height with A/C: 11 feet 8 inches. Width: 8 feet.
