It has front hanging closets, upper storage on the rear half, approximately 8'x 8'. The starker is 7.6' x 12" front half of the trailer. There are no sleeping quarters. A/C is 13,500 BTU on the roof. The trailer has a 5' side ramp door with a 2.6 'personal side door built into it. In the nose, there are two upper tool storage built-in cabinets. The trailer has two side-to-side lower storage compartments and a hydro jack in the front. The inside lift has four screw jacks that can be adjusted for load; a TV can be mounted in the front. There are upper load locks in the upper back, 6-floor tie-down hooks, two live rails upper and lower, two front-wheel line-up guides for motorcycles. The trailer has both 12 volt and 110 lights, outside work lights right and left, one spare tire mounted inside, the front lower half of the nose has been diamond plated to protect from rock chips, no slides. Up for sale is a used 2008 Lark enclosed utility trailer. 12 foot long x 7 foot wide with 6.5 foot interior height. This was purchased brand new and has been taken care of. There are four (4) E-tracks strips running from front to rear. With the E-tracks, there are twelve (12) movable tie-down points included. (See picture 5). There are four (4) tie-downs on the passenger side wall and six (6) on the driver side of the interior trailer walls. (See picture 6). There are about 14 tie-down straps on the front V-nose walls (included) (See pictures 4 and 7). Mounted in the very front of the V-nose is a Pingle motorcycle wheel chock. (See picture 8). The shipping blankets seen in picture 4 are Not included in the auction. The tires are in the neighborhood of about 50% life left. The rims have a little surface rust, but. nothing that hinders the functionality of the rims. One rim on the passenger side has been replaced, along with the same tire, a couple of years ago. The sky light is brand new. There are only two small deficiencies on the exterior of the trailer. There is a small ding in the aluminum shielding on the right front side. Noticeable on picture 2, in-line with the framework. The second is the broken tail/tag light. (See picture 3, lower left corner). It still works. This is the third time that this trailer has been listed. The previous two times, it remained with me because of non-payment. Twice. That being said, the winning bidder must submit full payment within 72 hours of the close of the auction. The winner is solely responsible for transporting of, or shipping the trailer. I will tow it no further than 100 miles to meet the winner for a small fee. Also, I will allow short term storage where the trailer is while the winner arranges shipping of the trailer. This trailer was 'CUSTOMIZED' in the early spring of 2015.We used a 'NEW' standard trailer frame, which included the frame, axle, wheels, tires, A-frame coupler, and complete wiring harness with lights.We upgraded most of the hardware.A custom built 'oak' base block was made for the trailer lift jack out of ( 1 3/4" ) thick stock, using (9) 3/8" new bolts.The trailer safety chains were upgraded to a 5/16" link with safety clips.The 'Top-Wind' frame jack includes a caster assembly with a 6" wheel and a jack foot plate ( 4"x 7 1/2" ).We added bearing protector caps with grease fittings.Trailer tires: 5.30-12" (4 ply tread / 3 ply side wall).There are (4) heavy duty 'galvanized' stake brackets (for 2"x4"s) mounted on the frame sides, with (6) additional stake brackets for the front end extension sides (included, but not mounted).The ( 5' x 9 1/2' ) 'CUSTOM' deck is made out of ( 1" x 5 1/2" ) solid 'Douglas Fir' planks.The (11) deck planks are mounted to the sub-deck planks with almost (600) coated deck screws. The (5) sub-deck planks ( 1" x 5 1/2" ) are mounted directly to the frame of the trailer with bolts.We bolted (8) HEAVY DUTY ' D-Ring ' tie-down anchors through the deck onto the trailer frame.There is a 'CUSTOM" extension to the front of the deck, which adds 1 1/2' to the deck length, ( 11'4" overall length ).The frame for the extension is made of solid 'oak' beams and secured with heavy duty deck screws and is also mounted to the frame with bolts.The deck was recently ( Labor Day Weekend 2015 ) sanded and coated with an exterior 'Varathane' oil finish.The new 'oak' base block for the trailer jack was also coated with the 'Varathane' oil.Loading ramps 9" x 72" are optional for $60.I have included some photos above, showing some of our 'Specialty Projects', which we transported on this extremely stable trailer. These lights also need work. I think there is a grounding issue but running new wires is very simple with the hollow frame structure. There are reflectors on the back and when running it empty the taillights on the towing vehicle are easily seen. There is a little surface rust because it came from Wisconsin but is structurally very sound and no rust issues that change its original structural usefulness and safety. Nothing a little Rust-Oleum spray paint can't easily fix. I wish I didn't have to sell it because it is a very useful and loyal trailer.
