REDUCED!!! 2011 Dutchmen Voltage 3200 5th wheel toy hauler - 36'. We are the original owner. The unit has always been a non-smoking environment. YOU DON'T NEED A DUALLY TO PULL THIS UNIT! The unit is updated with 4 point remote control leveling jacks!!! Dexter ez-flex suspension with wet bolts! ALL New tires May 18, 2014!! The 7500 Onan generator works perfectly! This unit is a 102" wide body built on 10" steel twin I-beam chassis. Interior is updated with dual reclining leather sofa!! There are 2 slides - one large slide in the living area (for the sofa) that is 7' 6" high. The second slide is for the wardrobe/dresser in the bedroom. There are a total of 3 queen beds in the unit - one in the master bedroom over the 5th wheel with a new residential mattress, 2 in the garage that are raised and lowered electrically. The lower queen bed in the garage area also has a table with surrounding bench seats that can be used when lowered (Happi-Jack). There are 4 flat screen TVs - one in the master bedroom over the fifth wheel, one in the main living area, one in the garage area, and one outside under the awning. The kitchen has a stainless steel double bowl sink, 3 burner stove with oven, residential microwave with integrated vented fan and lights, 8 cu. ft refrigerator that runs on gas or electric. Other features: central vacuum, 2 fantastic fans, washer/dryer prep, 12 gal hot water heater (gas & elec), solid surface counters, residential microwave, recessed halogen lighting throughout the unit, remote control for the slides and awning, swivel chair in the garage. The bathroom has a large mirror with 2 large medicine cabinets on either side. There is a glass bowl sink and the vanity has lots of counter space. There are 2 lower cabinets for linens and towels. There is a porcelain toilet, skylight over the shower, and an adjustable height shower head. Bathroom has separate access from the living area and the master bedroom. Lots of storage! The master bedroom has 2 night stands with cupboards, 5 overhead storage cabinets above the bed, 5 dresser drawers, 2 large wardrobes, and storage under the bed. The kitchen has a pull out pantry, cabinet with 2 small drawers, 6 large cabinets for food/dishes/etc. There are 2 side tables beside the sofa with cupboard storage. There is a coat closet by the main entry door. The garage has 1 cabinet and storage in the floor of the dove tail. The garage has a sliding glass door with privacy curtain separating it from the living space. There is a separate outside entry door for the garage. There are 9 integrated tie downs in the garage for toys. The floor is a rubberized non-skid, gas/oil resistant material (Tuff-Ply). There is 22" of diamond plate on the bottom of the walls. There are mini blinds on all 4 of the garage windows. There is a screen that is used when the back ramp door is open. This unit has 50 amp service with 100 amp convertor. Lots of lights both inside and out. Outside there is utility docking station with a black tank flush, fresh and city water hook-ups, by-pass valves, 110 outlet, light, cable and satellite hook-ups, exterior shower with hot and cold water. 2011 Dutchmen Voltage 3200 5th wheel toy hauler - 36'. We are the original owner. The unit has always been a non-smoking environment. The unit is updated with 4 point remote control leveling jacks!!! Dexter ez-flex suspension with wet bolts! ALL New tires May 18, 2014!! The 7500 Onan generator works perfectly! This unit is a 102" wide body built on 10" steel twin I-beam chassis. Interior is updated with dual reclining leather sofa!! There are 2 slides - one large slide in the living area (for the sofa) that is 7' 6" high. The second slide is for the wardrobe/dresser in the bedroom. There are a total of 3 queen beds in the unit - one in the master bedroom over the 5th wheel with a new residential mattress, 2 in the garage that are raised and lowered electrically. The lower queen bed in the garage area also has a table with surrounding bench seats that can be used when lowered (Happi-Jack). There are 4 flat screen TVs - one in the master bedroom over the fifth wheel, one in the main living area, one in the garage area, and one outside under the awning. The kitchen has a stainless steel double bowl sink, 3 burner stove with oven, residential microwave with integrated vented fan and lights, 8 cu. ft refrigerator that runs on gas or electric. Other features: central vacuum, 2 fantastic fans, washer/dryer prep, 12 gal hot water heater (gas & elec), solid surface counters, residential microwave, recessed halogen lighting throughout the unit, remote control for the slides and awning, swivel chair in the garage. Fading and imperfect striping does not show up well in pictures. Please do not expect new. Consider the age of the unit you are bidding on and realize it is used and not perfect. Even brand new units are not perfect and they cost a lot more. Please do not assume.
