We have made the following changes have been made: Living and Bed Room TV's replaced with flat screen digital TVs/DVD's; Radio/Cassette player replaced with a Radio/CD Player; Coffee pot replaced with a Toaster Oven; microwave oven with a Microwave/Convection Oven; Shower Stall replaced with new along with new Residential Type Fixtures that are much easier to use than the original fixtures. After Market Add-on’s: 1) Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar (1,000 + Value): This feature was added (in addition to the existing anti-sway bar) and eliminates being pushed around on the road by high winds and passing 18-wheelers. Even these large motor homes pitch and roll with every gust of wind or passing semi, list to port or starboard on the curves, and waddle over speed bumps, railroad tracks and driveways. The addition of this aftermarket (one of the best on the market) all but eliminates this problem. 2) Safe-t-Plus Steering Control ($800 + Value): Not all dangerous driving situations have caution signs; a blowout around the next curve, a sudden gust of wind from a passing truck, or a new pothole at the bottom of a hill. Any such unexpected event might send a vehicle out of control. Safe-T-Plus is a steering control device that will automatically stabilize the vehicle, enabling you to safely maneuver through an unexpected perilous road situation before you're even aware of it. 3) Tires, all eight tires were recently replaced with new Toyo tires meeting the original specifications at a cost of $ 2,700. Tires have now traveled approximately 3k miles. The first set went over 40k miles. 4) Brakes: New rotors, calipers and pads were installed at 32k miles. 5) Roadmaster BlackHawk2 All-Terrain Tow Bar: (a $1,500 value): This is Roadmaster's top of the line tow bar (10,000 lb. carrying capacity) and it is more than capable of towing any trailer or vehicle. 6) Swagman Traveler XCS 2 RV Bike Rack that integrates perfectly with the Roadmaster tow bar.  It is a platform rack, supporting the bikes with the bike tires resting on the rack.  The rack accommodates all types of bikes including the bulkier "Cruiser" bikes  MH has some scrapes and bruises (it is, after all, used), however, it is in excellent condition overall. The large TV was replaced by the original owner who also replaced the Radio/Cassette player with a Radio/CD Player. There is also a DVD player installed. We have replaced the coffee pot (coffee pots due wear out) with a toaster oven and we recently replaced the microwave oven with a Microwave/Convection oven. Other more significant extras which have been added are described below. This motor home does have some small scrapes and bruises (it is, after all, used), however, it is in excellent condition overall. There are no mechanical or safety problems whatsoever. I don't think the previous owners used it at all. *The refrigerator and freezer work great. Has a built-in ice maker. *Central heat and air cools nicely. (Have never tried the heat.) It's a "True Air Residential Central A/C" system. *The couch is electric and folds out to a queen-sized bed. *Of course, the dining table folds down to a full-sized bed. *The bedroom has a walk-around queen-sized bed. *Lots of storage inside and out. *Outside shower. (And an inside one, too :) *Outside tv hookup and radio. *Electric slideout. *Automatic hydraulic leveling system. *The windshields are brand new. We have all the paperwork to accompany it. *Built in coffee maker. *5500 watt Onan gasoline generator works great! *10-gallon water heater *Rearview monitoring system *Corian countertops *Trailer hitch - 5500 lb draw bar *Awnings in fantastic condition. *The TV that was in it didn't work so we put just a small 19" tv in its place. We also put in a new Samsung DVD player. *Microwave works great. *Queen bed lifts for extra storage. *Includes vacuum. *Drives great. *No weird smells. (We saw our share of those when we were looking.) *The two front seats turn around to make a "living room" (like most do). *Then there's an extra chair behind the passenger seat that is a rocker/recliner. *We replaced the kitchen faucet because it leaked. So there's a beautiful home-style Moen rubbed bronze fixture in place. We never even used it! *The fabrics and interior colors are deeper tones than many used RVs we looked at. Most were beige or light blue or mauve. These are actually more up-to-date and in great condition! *The a/c on the dash does not work. It will take about $300 to fix it. We chose not to spend the money because when you drive it you run the house a/c anyway. We drove it on our one vacation to the Keys and it was fine. *Ford F-series V10 Triton engine. *All original paperwork comes with it. We spent one night at Sun 'n Fun and three nights in the Keys. That's it. Have owned it just long enough to give it a good cleaning and sleep in it a few times. We never even used the shower! Not really sure what else is pertinent info to post.
