Top of the line RV for National in 2001 costing over $200,000 new. After National bought luxury RV manufacturer Country Coach they built the Islander on a DynoMax Chassis manufactured by Country Coach. The chassis has a very long wheelbase which gives the motor home outstanding stability driving down the highway.
This model is rated for full time use by RV Consumer Group and is highly rated for highway stability and value.
I will consider partial trades for pickup truck, gun safe, small boat, kayaks, etc.

**** This is a 13 year old RV so it has some cosmetic issues ****
That's why it's listed at $39,500 and not $50,000. The 2001 National Islander routinely sells for $46k to $50k when in top condition.
* Lower edge of several bay doors scraped from bottoming out at the top of a ramp that we shouldn't have driven up ;-) Cosmetic damage, bay doors still function. see pic.
* Decals on rear and some on the sides are pealing and cracking.
* Carpet is original and shows some wear.
* Only the front 2 seats have seat belts. There are no seat belts on the sofa. You could easily add them if you'd like.
* Some of the day/night window shades have been replaced with curtains, other shades need to be re-strung or replaced.
* Front door doesn't seal completely and makes a little wind noise driving down the road.
* Headliner could use a thorough cleaning. Several areas are discolored.
* Slide topper awning fabric is starting to tear, needs replacement soon.
PLEASE NOTE: Motor Home Condition is USED. I'm selling it AS-IS with no warranty stated or implied. It's 13 years old and has scratches, scrapes, wear, fading, etc. inside and out. Come see the motor home in person or send a friend who lives in the area to look at it. Ask me questions if there's anything you don't understand.
Price and Payment
I'm only asking $39,500. This model would usually go for $47k to $50k. However, I don't have time to get all the cosmetic stuff fixed. I want to sell it now, and I will consider REASONABLE offers and partial trades.
Protecting you and me:
I'll need a $500 non-refundable down payment in cash. Then, for your protection and mine the sale transaction will be handled directly between my credit union and your financial institution. This protects us both by having the professionals handle the money and the title.
I will consider partial trades for pickup truck, gun safe, small boat, kayaks, etc.
Serious inquiries only please!
