1991 Suncrest Sunbus 37 , This 1990 Suncrest Sunbus M-2995Q, Class A, 30 foot long motorhome is solidly built on a John Deere / Oshkosh Bus chassis. This very heavy duty chassis is equipped with a Detroit 460 fuel injected Ford motor fitted with a Banks Engineering "Power Pack" kit that runs strong and stays cool. This coach has an "Air-Ride" rear suspension along with an air-adjustable Anti-sway / Anti-rock system, giant four wheel disc brakes and full size 19.5 inch wheels so this motorhome rides, drives and tows well. This Sunbus is also equipped with hydraulic leveling jacks, electric steps, rear view camera and a custom heavy duty tow hitch. A 90 gallon gas tank, 20 gallon propane tank, 70 gallon fresh water with 35 gallon gray and 30 gallon black water tanks along with dual 6-volt batteries and a 4.5Kw Kohler generator with only 94 hours on the hour meter use provide plenty of endurance for self-contained use. This RV's floor plan has the rear island queen bed and, along with the pull out sofa and convertible dinette, four to six people can sleep comfortably. There are large, tinted windows that guarantee great scenic views and also allow good ventilation. Equipment on this motor coach include central forced air heating, a water filtration system, a "Fan-Tastic" electric roof fan, four burner Wedgwood range and oven, a 26 inch flat screen TV with cable TV hookup capability, 1100 watt microwave, a Dometic 8 cubic foot refrigerator freezer, roof and dash air conditioning, an outside shower/faucet setup and a 16 foot long patio awning that has a metal anti-sunrot cover when in stored position. A family on a vacation need a lot of storage space and this RV excels in that aspect. There are huge exterior basement storage areas, some that pass all the way thru the coach. These storage areas are fully lined and well lit. And the interior has pull out drawers under the dinette seating and a pull out drawer under the sofa bed along with a large storage area under the queen bed to maximize space utilization. This reliable coach runs great and passes smog easily. All required maintenance has been performed. The tires have plenty of tread and the roof is in excellent condition as this motorhome is stored in an RV shed. I am the 2nd owner, having bought the coach in 2005, and I have all the original advertising, maintenance records, operating manuals and paperwork along with a Carfax report. I have plenty of pictures and will answer any questions via E-mail. $9,800.00
