There is no generator. It was removed by a previous owner. The roof photos show two air conditioner housings. One of them is empty (no unit), and the other has an air conditioner that may or may not work (unsure until further testing). There are no house batteries installed, only one engine battery. The propane tank is still available but may be capped off somewhere down the line. I did not see any propane connections in the interior of the RV. Roof on top of the cab area has a dent (see photos). Dash Gas Gauge does not work. The steering wheel padding is disintegrating. All six tires are in good condition, as they were replaced in September 2018 and only have a few hundred miles of use. Items repaired in the last few years: Broken leaf spring replaced. Front air bag coil springs and shocks replaced. Starter, alternator, brake master cylinder replaced. All three belts (water pump, power steering, alternator) replaced. Transmission fluid replaced. Airstream Argosy 7.3 minuet. New deep cycle battery, new tires, new automatic switchover propane regulator. Updated hardwood floors in kitchen, updated cabinet covers and pioneer stereo. Two thirty pound propane tanks that have both been certified for another five years ( one tank is full). Camper includes stabilizer jacks, receiver with 2 5/16" ball, load distribution bars, small dorm fridge, tv and microwave. Stove, air conditioner, and hot water heater are working. The dometic fridge does not work and we have never used the furnace. Back glass is cracked and will need to be replaced. Camper weighs around 4800 lbs fully loaded. Very rare Argosy Minuet 24'. Great condition for its age. Solid floor, solid roof, never leaked. Use as is or a great candidate for restoration. Fridge and stove are original and work. Don't know about furnace, was told it is unsafe because of age and never fired it up. Hot water tank worked last time we used it, but tank now has a split. Cosmetically, pictures are forgiving. Curtains need to be replaced. Paint showing wear, small scratches and dents and striping needs to be redone if you want it to look fabulous. We kinda like it's weathered charm. It's old, for goodness sakes. Was purchased from the son of the original owner 13 years ago and has been dragged all over the country. Great Camper KARMA. All offers considered. Kid needs some pricey dental work (if you happen to be a dentist, let's work out a deal!) Come see it.
