Absolutely a total frame up restore. All new interior birch wood paneling, refinished original birch cabinets, New counter tops, new flooring, new cushions and upholstery. 2004 Lance 835 truck camper for 8ft long bed, clean and ready for camping. Electric jacks with remote and swing out brackets for a dually. AC, three burner stove, fantastic fan, outside shower, queen bed, booth that folds into a second bed, 3 way refrigerator, heater, stereo with CD player. Some extras that come with the camper are fast gun tie downs, cargo carrier for roof, homemade frame mount mounting brackets for truck (fits 2000 Ford F350, I don't know if they will work for you but they can be included). Two items that need to be mentioned are, the small needle on the refrigerator that tells you when it's lit doesn't move (Refrigerator works fine, you just need to confirm that it's lit when on propane). Also there are three small dents under the front where the camper touched the clearance lights, they are small and are cosmetic only. Both these items are shown in the pictures. Please ask questions BEFORE clicking buy it now or making an offer. Camper is being sold as is so please ask first. Home built in 2011. Never really used. I bought an RV during the time I was building this and the RV suits our needs better than the teardrop for long duration trips. This is great for weekend trips and such. Only use was when my wife camped out in it for a night with a couple of our grandkids. They Loved It! It is constructed with 3/4" plywood walls and floor and 1/4" plywood top. It is skinned with FRP (Fiberglass reinforced Panel). The trim is aluminum and side trim is poplar wood with Marine varnish on it. The screws are galvanized and the trim washers are stainless steel and they are sealed with clear silicone. It sat outside all last summer thru some torrential rains and and I found no leaks. It is wired with 12 volt dc and interior has a two position (one light or two) fixture and there are also outdoor porch lights over the doors. The galley area in the rear has two 12 volt dc power plugs as well as an ac outlet should you want to hook up at a campsite. It has a deep cycle marine battery and I have also included two solar dc chargers and an ac battery charger. This battery holds a charge for a LONG time! Battery is stored in its own compartment in the galley area. The interior sleeping area measures 75" by 47" so if you are under 6ft. 3 you should be able to stretch out fine. The walls and floor are carpet covered and the ceiling is also FRP. It has a one speed crank open/close vent fan in the ceiling and is powered by 12 volt dc. There is a cabinet that has two storage compartments that have doors on them and an open center area so you can put a tv or laptop in there should you desire and be able to watch a movie or whatever. I planned to use my laptop there and play movies thru that. Also there is a shelf on the top of the cabinet. There is also another dc power plug in one of the storage areas and an access hole to run a wire thru. The interior also has curtain rods installed above the doors. A 4" memory foam mattress works great in this according to the wife and grandkids. Mattress DOES NOT come with this! I used that in my RV! The frame I used was a new bolt together frame that is rated for 1980 lbs. Plenty for a rig this size. The frame also has a 1000 lb torsion axle on each side for a total 2000 lb rating. Those were also new when I built this. Also new were the aluminum wheels and tires. Tires are Trail Express 205/175R14 trailer tires. There is virtually zero miles on them. Actually all parts of this unit were new when built and as I have stated this was really never used. This unit weighs in the neighborhood of 700 lbs so it would be easy towing even for a small car to tow. The diamond plating is not real metal. It is plastic diamond plate over plywood but could be used for patterns to have actual aluminum diamond plate made. All in all , not a bad little rig if you are looking for a tent on wheels! It is home made and maybe not as fancy as a "Store bought" one but then again, the price isn't anywhere near what the store bought ones cost. If you use the Buy It Now feature, I will include a nice new in the box Flushable Loo porta potty and two boxes of new liner bags. Also will throw in a new never used pop up privy tent that can be used to place the loo in or be used for a changing room or even a portable shower if you buy one of those solar shower bags to hang in it! This is a home built unit and is sold as is. No warranties are included. ALSO >>> This unit is available for sale AND pickup only until July 8th and will not be available again until August.
