2003 Winnebago Minnie , I am selling my Winnebago Minnie 22R. I bought it in the summer of 2013 and refurbished all the carpet and tapestry in the vehicle except for the seats in the cab and the pull out couch (it was in good enough condition that it did not need redone). The Minnie runs great and has never been used for travel purposes while in my possession. I had planned to use it for travel, but had health complications and can no longer put the Minnie to good use like I had planned. It has 6 brand new tires and a new vitreous china toilet. When we received the Minnie last year, we cleaned the rv from top to bottom. It is now exceptionally clean. No smoking and no pets. It has wood floors in kitchen area. Everything in the RV is functioning well. There is one little damaged place on the right hand rear area of the RV. it is a V10 engine. We just had the RV serviced and all the systems are now running perfectly. We also had the openings on the top of the roof resealed. It has a fiberglass roof in excellent condition. We replaced the filter in the A/C as well. The switch on the generator has been updated. When extended, the awning shows wear in the 1st 15", but it does not affect the the use of the awning. You could easily resurface with silicone. RV has a new 12 volt marine battery on the engine.
