Our Tiffin is in excellent shape and was always well maintained. It has a very family friendly floor plan with opposing slide outs in the living room to create an open and airy space (4 total slides). Vinyl tile flooring throughout the coach for easy cleaning. With the walk-around queen bed, bunk beds for the kids, pull out sofa bed and a convertible dinette, it provides sleeping for 8 people. A great Le American by Cobra 1987 Class C camper that sleeps up to 6 comfortably. We have just added a new rubber roof coating, sealed major leaks, put in a new carburetor, spark plugs, fresh oil, and been running great. Less than 82K original miles. All appliances work: mini fridge/freezer, roof top AC, stove, oven, microwave, hot water heater, thermostat. Has shower, flush toilet, and sink. Double bed in back, table folds into nice size bed, and a brand new double bed was built over the cab to clean out and replace water damage from previous owner. Current needs: new tires. Size is 800/16.5 and all 7 should be replaced to be on the safe side. It is currently on the spare. The engine is sound. The heater box needs replacing and front/panel AC needs charging. The generator needs to be reconnected. It has been checked out by three mechanics to verify sound running condition. Some of the upholstery can use some TLC, but other than that, all is in great shape. We have just returned from SE Ohio and trip was smooth other than the immediate need of new tires.
