There is so much to list on this RV I'm sure I will leave some important things out but here is the majority of it: It has two color televisions, two roof air conditioners, a full kitchen with four burner stove and oven, it also has a large microwave. refrigerator with freezer and sufficient counterspace. it sleeps 6 comfortably and 8 or 9 people in a pinch. It has the large Onan marquis 7000 generator. Three awnings. (All in good condition). Central heat, a large lighted closet. Lots and lots of storage / cabinet space inside the RV as well as outside. Only a few months ago I put on a brand-new roof $4,000.00) and new tires ($800.00) it also has a new coach battery. ($125.00) The upholstery is all in perfect condition and is very comfortable. The bedroom in the back also has its own entry and exit door as well as a queen size bed and surroundsound stereo. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower along with (of course) a toilet and sink and again lots of storage space. All three of the chairs in the RV are captains chairs and swivel and recline. I have had this RV for approximately 15 years and it has been gently used and kept running and in great shape. It is currently registered and insured. I have decided to downsize because it is a bit large for just one person, but it is the perfect family RV. It also has four independently operated leveling jacks as well as rollers under the rear of the coach if you need to back up a steep driveway. Included is also the heavy-duty tow package. and much more.
