Here she is yall! This show stopping 1955 is where you will want to be seen!! Gretta as we call her, is a 1955, 27 foot (30ft with tongue) BEAUTY! She was stored INDOORS for over 35 years!!! We have an open title!! Gretta is our 9th restoration on these vintage classics, we had plans to keep her for ourselves, but as we think she's perfect in every way and this has been a labor of love we are sad to say due to some personal changes she needs to move on...Is her forever home with you?? She has a lot of original features.-Bright birch wood--all original no replacements.-Retro interior light fixtures in the whole place THAT WORK!! (living room kitchen, bathroom,and bedroom) -Original Frigidaire Fridge and stove/oven, both super clean.-Original screen doors!!-Deep closet in hall- Bathroom double doors swing open to create changing room in hall-She even has some retro furniture pieces!! Fun pull out couch, retro chair,and dinning table,with drop leaves, and some original bedding that was stored all clean for all these years! - Gretta is also rocking her ORIGINAL PAINT!! It's not totally perfect but has amazing patina!! -She also has a super cute natural gas, propane conversion heater that needs to just be hooked up.- in the back bedroom, she is set up for 2 twin beds!! But if wanted we have a like new (5yr old) queen pillow top mattress set for the bedroom What's new to Gretta, a new wood laminate floor, rims and tires(we do have the original split rims and hub caps if you want them), portable toilet, as well as new exit PVC plumbing from tub, and both kitchen and bath sinks. We left the exit pipe long under trailer so you could add a holding tank if wanted. She is solid, no soft spots on floor!! As we live in Wisconsin, and it's winter, we have not checked the pluming or water heater, but expect they should work!! There are a few small ripples in birch paneling in back bedroom under window(pictured). The big window on back side of camper does have a stress crack.We also have not checked the trailer lights but will come with portable light hooked up. The trailer lights should only need an up to-date connector.It has a rolled asphalt roof added, which is the reason the water does not get in.We hope you see her beauty and perfection as we do!! Beautiful camper in excellent condition and super clean inside and out. Stored indoors and has never had a leak. Everything works as it should. Only issue is slight damage to the bedroom dresser where something was pushed into it when the bedroom slide out was retracted but it's very unnoticeable.We priced this camper low as we're getting out of camping completely and just want to move it along as quickly as possible. 2006 4941 Enclosed Featherlite 4941 gooseneck aluminum 2 car trailer. - 2 owner trailer, previous owner used trailer a couple of times to haul bikes to Sturgis. I have used the trailer 2 times per year, WI to Florida. Trailer does not have than many miles on it - Trailer has 33.5' interior flat which allows easily 2 cars to be loaded - Stainless steel mirrored 1 piece front - Front Access (under bunk) which allows ease of securing 1st loaded car as well as winching cars into trailer using the trucks hitch - NUMEROUS interior LED lights! Great for loading cars / items at night. Does not need to be attached to truck for lights to work - 3 access doors; 2 on curb side and 1 large flip up on driver side to allow car door to be opened inside trailer - Trailier is lined on the inside with 3/8 plywood - Trailer has the Featherlite optional extra long rear ramps (dragster style) which allow very low profile cars to be loaded. This is a +$2200 option from Featherlite. I have a car with less than 3" of ground clearance. - Trailer has been well taken care of and maintained. - Carpeted bunk which is 36" high - I have a clothes rod pole in the front of the trailer because if you go to Florida, you just have to have some of those Wisconsin outfits! - The versalock tie down system in the floor will be sold separately. Trailer does have 6 "D" rings in the floor. I will state the price for leaving the Aluminum aerospace tie down system in the trailer. - Dual 7,000 lb TORSION! Dexter axles w/ electric 12" brakes on all 4 wheels - Trailer is roughly 5,500 lbs in weight. Trailer is all aluminum except for axles. - Trailer pulls awesome, better than a 20' enclosed bumper car trailer! -Trailer is used, I have tried to take some pictures of any noticaeable wear. - NEW brakes and TIMKEN roller bearings!
