The bathroom has toilet, sink with storage and shower. There is GREAT STORAGE throughout this unit. honestly, its what sold me on it when I bought it. I had the roof conditioned and sealed in the fall and just replaced the flooring to give it a facelift. We are a nonsmoking family. We have used this trailer lovingly and kept it covered in the off season. The seating materials and curtains are in good shape with no rips. The canvas for beds and awning are in good shape as well.with the kids going off to college its time to make another family have great camping memories.I am including the sway bars, electric cord and water hose so this trailer is ready for you to go camping!

1999 Fleetwood Bounder 53,700 miles Model M36s -- 37 ft long We purchased this Fleetwood Bounder in 2008 to take a trip to the Grand Canyon. It had about 39,000 miles when we got it and we have taken it to Missouri, Massachusetts, Virginia, Gettysburg, Wisconsin, Niagara Falls and a few other places. It has fit our family of 6 quite well and we made some wonderful family memories on these trips. The slide extends the living area by an additional 30 inches by 13 ft and that makes a HUGE difference at the end of the day when you are settling in for the afternoon or evening. There is LOTS of storage. We had 4 children who insisted on bringing everything (even musical instruments) and we never ran out of room to store. In addition there are undercarriage storage areas along both sides of the RV, plenty of room for storing BBQ grills, fold able picnic table, chairs etc. There is also a beautiful 20' awning on the passenger side to give you plenty of shade (you'll like that). It's not open in the photos because the RV is parked next to a tree. The RV has been in storage for the last 3 years because our kids are in college and just don't want to go camping anymore. It has been recently inspected; the engine is tuned up and brakes are repaired. It has been "spit polished" from top to bottom and is ready for you to hop in and go anywhere!
