The camper is 24ft in total length including the ball hitch. the dry weight is 3950 lbs and about 4500 lbs with normal load for camping. It has all you need with a good size refer/freezer that is both gas and electric, stove and cook top, microwave, 24" HDTV with cd/dvd player , stereo with inside and outside speakers. Can sleep 6. Has two bunks and set up double bed and a queen size Murphy bed. This feature is great as it provides good space during the day and only has to come down at night- main reason we bought it. Has a gas grille and set up for outside cooking and a large rollout awning. (manual) there are no slides to worry about. Tires are in great shape with a mounted spare and bike rack receiver on the bumper. Everything works great and it tows well with SUV, or 1/2 ton truck. Includes a complete weight distribution hitch and sway bar too.
