2003 Northern Lite Northern Series 10-2cdse , Turnkey Camper and Truck for sale. 2003 Northern Lite 10-2000 camper on a 1996 F350 Ford dually 2WD with 7.3 Power Stroke Extended Cab. Truck first: This is a 2 owner truck which I bought in Montana from a retired banker who only used it for hauling his medium sized 5th wheel camper. It had 113K miles when I bought it and now has 123K. Before I bought it I checked with the dealer he bought it from and they verified that he had it serviced regularly (every 4K miles) its entire life. I also paid them to check it out and they gave it a clean bill of health save some noise from the clutch. I had the clutch replaced including upgraded flywheel and it works like a charm. I have since replaced the shocks and all the tires are new, top of the line Goodyears on the back and Toyos on the front. I installed Air Lift airbags and the truck drives solid as a rock. Cosmetically its perfect, no body damage whatsoever and the interior is perfect and has never been smoked in. Has a brand new quality radio-CD player with USB plug in. It has an exhaust brake, which is indispensable unless you want to trash your brakes and is worth $1,000 or more. Has twin fuel tanks which carry about 35 gallons of fuel. A K+N air filter is installed and is the last filter you will ever need to buy. Batteries are Ford Motorcraft OEM, 1 years old purchased at the dealer in Butte, and good for many years. Has a rubber mat for the bed to set the camper on and good tie downs for the camper. All the glass is good, air conditioning works great. Has power windows but no power seats. We consistently got 13- 14 mpg under any conditions. Most folks that know trucks will agree that this model and year of truck is about as good as it gets. Considering the way it has been maintained it will last almost forever. I can provide paperwork for the major work Ive done. The Camper: 2003 Northern Lite 10-2000 CD. This camper was owned first by a retired person who took a dream trip with it then passed it on. He clearly took good care of it. We bought it and have taken several wonderful trips with it over the last few years and are ready to move on. I suggest you go to :// / for a description of the production of these campers. They are top of the line. This description is for the newer models and does not describe this camper exactly. For instance it does not have thermal windows. Which would be great and can be retrofitted. It is extremely clean top to bottom inside and out. Ive rigged up a portable solar panel that rides in kind of a suitcase and rather than crawling on top it is set up anywhere around the rig and plugs into the charge controller in the battery compartment. I cant recall the wattage but it cranks. The original camper came with one battery and Ive installed anoth $24,000.00 5099994664
