This top of the line Classic Limited Edition 30' was purchased new in April, 2010 from Sky River RV in Paso Robles, CA for well over $80,000 (MSRP was $89,394.00). No damage inside or out, and everything is in good working condition. 2000 Alfa 28rktl , Alfa Ideal Model 30RKT This a 30' - 32' fifth wheel in good condition. The exterior is a little faded and could use some buffing and the rubber seals around the slides are dried and will need replaced, though they do not leak. There are a couple minor abrasions but no serious damage. All in all, the exterior is in good shape. The AC stopped working last year and I never got it checked. Worst case it will need to be replaced, best case a simple repair, I truthfully do not know. The interior is in good shape. Minor stains on the carpet and the window dressings are faded and frankly dated looking. The cabinets are in great shape. A couple pulls are broke but are there and work. Giant pantry with full length sliding shelve/drawers, awesome food and cookware storage. There is ample storage everywhere on this trailer, inside and out. Refer, microwave, stove, water heater, water pump all work and are in good shape. I have never used the water tank, always city water hook ups so, whatever that means. Full width closet with mirrored bedroom closet doors, lots of space and built in shelves on both sides. There is the old school 27" (not flat screen) TV included and a VCR (don't know if that works, never tried for some reason). There is a hide-a-bed sofa that we never used because with the opposing LV room slides the room there is room for both a queen and a single air mattress, I'm certain more comfortable than the hide-a-bed. Overall this a great RV and we enjoyed it for five summers at Lake Havasu and I lived in it for a year while finishing school. We simply do not use it anymore (law school does not allow much leisure time ya know) and want someone else to be able to keep enjoying it. In the NADA guide the low book is $15k+ and High is $18k+. I am asking $10,500. My price is firm but very fair considering the AC repair/replacement requirements. $10,500.00 7604012088
