The exterior of the unit is glossy and it has new tires all the way around. The batteries are just two years old. It has been serviced regularly personally by the seller who has had the rig for approximately 7 years. The rig has spent every winter in Florida per the seller. It has a ding on the back which was caused by a roving fire hydrant that snuck up behind them. It also has a small dent in the driver's side rear basement storage door. It also has small scratches on the paint here and there. The interior has some normal wear and tear evident on the cabinetry from moderate use. The ultra leather on the front seats is worn, which is common on these units. The unit had a lightning strike and the inverter, transfer switch, and refrigerator motherboard were replaced. 2002 Northwood Mfg Arctic Fox CAMPER 990, Camper is water-tight. Comes with all the features and options for the 990 in 2002. We are second owners of camper since 2 years old. Camper has been stored in our building when not in use. Very clean inside and out. Only reason selling is we are buying a new 990 with full wardrobe, side awning, thermal pane windows, and exterior propane connect. There is a delamination bubble on front as seen in photos below window driver side but not from water. I believe it is from when I stored a kerosene lantern in front driver side closet and the fumes may have caused it. I stopped storing it in there when I realized what was going on. There are no smells in the camper at all. Also, there is a small crack in the fiberglass bottom right of rear entry door. Don't know why, was hardly noticeable when we bought camper then grew to about 2 inches long, I sealed it up with DICOR several years ago and it has never changed. This is a really nice camper and wife and I have always taken good care of it. Like it so much we are basically buying the same thing with some extra options. 2014 Keystone Cougar 327RES, 2014 Keystone Cougar 327RES fifth-wheel, used 2-3 trips to Illinois and Indiana after my husband & I bought it new earlier this year. It's a beautiful unit - there's no damage inside or outside - and I hope another couple or family can use it - like my husband and I had hoped to... I'm selling it because my husband passed away earlier this summer and this unit is just too big for me. It tows wonderfully - the 2005 GMC diesel truck we towed it with will be sold after the camper sells. This camper does NOT need a 1-ton truck to tow it. $34,900.00
