The washer/dryer can installed on the left side of the closet. Also on this level is a nice-sized bathroom with a sink, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, large shower, and sliding doors. The bathroom also has plenty of storage. Next to the bathroom is a set of stairs that lead to a sleeping loft the kids will love. Beneath the sleeping loft is another private room. The kitchen has a large island with a double sink and lots of storage below.
