As evidenced by the photos taken, the Leather Captains' Chairs, furniture, tile, and cabinetry are in better than expected condition for their age. There is evidence of light recreational use of this coach, but the coach is clean and ready for the road, as the seller has meticulously maintained it. Stock #387059 2007 Sportscoach Elite Legend (40QS) Meticulously Maintained This is Sportscoach Elite Legend, the very top-of-the-line 2007 Coachmen Motorhome. Per the seller, it is in impressive condition for its age. As you tour the photos of this beautiful coach, you see that it has an island kitchen, functional with slide-in or slide-out, and a freezer in the first bay by the entry door. There is a central vacuum with hoses and attachments. The appliances are so clean and in just fully operational condition. An additional pull-up counter is attached to the island for even more counter space. The dinette has a pull-up leaf and two additional chairs. The storage space is amazing both inside and out; the basement has passthrough storage big enough for almost all your needs. The inside TVs are HD flat screens, and there is an outside TV, including a stereo. There is also a DVD player in the front and back and a satellite TV. This RV is ready for new adventures. Reason for selling is looking to get a different rv.

First, yes, it's still available. :) I'm selling my beloved Avion. I've had it for about a year and a half, remodeled it from the subfloor up and lived in it for the past year or so. It's a 1973, 28' La Grande, all aluminum body. This thing is SWEET :) YES, you can live in it today, just hook up at the park and you're good to go! The only issues are aesthetics and the water tank pump (So no running water when you're in the wilderness.) As you can see in the pics, this thing is super cool, obviously I've been using it as a recording studio and it's been amazing. I want to keep it but I'm moving into the big city for a few years and can't bear to see the thing rot out while I'm away. Instead, I'm going to sell it to someone who can use it as it should be used and I'll just remodel another one when I get done with what I'm doing over there! So, as you can see in the pics, a couple of things inside need caulk and paint, the kitchen wall needs finished stripping and cleaning off the residue so that it's all aluminum wall and the oven needs to be cleaned up, but it all works. The A/C unit in the window is just a temporary, I recommend getting a portable a/c unit and putting it on the platform next to the bed. Outside I started the polishing process, never got finished, too much going on right now. No leaks and no problems. Interested? Tell me when you can come check it out and I'll be here.
