This is a four season trailer. It comes with custom made weighted skirting for full bottom enclosure. Powered by single phase 30/50 amp power. It has a central ducted furnace and A/C. Trailer is in great condition on the inside. There is a cut in the vinyl floor right inside the door as can be seen in the picture. Paint is slightly faded on the exterior. There are no cracks in the fiberglass and the roof is in good shape.
