The Rv has been at the dealer for the past few months having two new main slide motors replaced. Rv needs good detailing as few months at dealer shows. The floor has a small cut as you enter and one light out in the first bathroom. This started off to be a landscaping trailer that i almost finished.1. I raised the frame 6" to give it that look and ground clearance2. I painted the interior and exterior and the complete frame3. prewired it for 110v outlets and lights inside and outside4. insulated the walls & ceiling5. installed plywood interior and floor6. added stainless steel diamond plate on the interior & exterior7. painted the interior walls8. framed and installed the bathroom walls, shower pan and the toilet drain flange9. 5 aluminum wheel and new tires10. added two rear exterior lights to load toys in the dark11. added an exterior light for the front to see hookup in the dark12. it has 4 load leveling stabilizers. 1 on each corner13. black & white checked racing floor14. installed windows thruout15. ramp has an extra metal flap for a smooth loading onto ramp16. rear ramp springs for lift gate are all new and hardware and cables17. roof was resealed

This is a 1997 Fleetwood Southwind in great shape. Only 47500 miles Inside and out in great shape. No rips scratches or odors. Extremely well cared for.
