Like Brand Spankin New!!! No way will you find a cleaner 2010 Cruiser CTX Fifth Wheel. This is model CF27RLX. Exterior length is 29'5". Height is 11'8". Dry weight 7102 lbs. Dry hitch weight 1546 lbs. Interior color is Persian SandI am selling this for my mother-in-law as my father-in-law recently passed away unexpectedly. They are the original owners. This trailer was only used for about 1.5 months during the winter and then STORED INDOORS in a clean pullbarn!! It is currently sitting in the barn.My mother-in-law is the type of person that demands everyone take their shoes off before entering her home/camper and that keeps everything spotless. My father-in-law was the type of guy that spent a ton of time waxing vehicles and caring for his toys. We have for sale an excellent condition 1999, 26' bunkhouse camper that has suited us very well over that last 3 years. Everything works 100% and is in near new condition throughout. It sleeps an easy 6 (bunkhouse in back) with 8 possible. Front has a full bed with tons of storage throughout (under couch, shelves and outside doors). Cold fridge/freezer (LP and electric cross-over), LP stove and Water pump work great. Needs nothing! The awning was replaced 3 years ago (matches camper) in great shape. Two 20 gallon LP tanks, AC blows hard and cold, batteries all good - you could camp for 1+ weeks off grid easy! It's Never had any leaks at all with roof redone 4 years ago as well just to make sure. Two minor things; there is no kitchen table. A 5' plastic fold up table comes with it which provides actually more move-around room in side. The TV antenea plastic (on the roof) was cracking and removed last year. An easy puller and super fun. Will include hitch and stabilizers set if sold before August! Reason for sell? We bought a Class 3 RV. Need to sell ASAP. $6000 OBO. Thanks!
