Many new parts, including hot water heater, faucet fixture, water piping, breakaway box, new rear plexi window to replace broken one. With the exception of the furnace, everything works as should. I was told by my regular service provider that the furnace can be repaired for roughly the same price as a new one installed. I opted not to repair, instead using electric space heaters and an indoor-safe propane heater that more than adequately heats up the interior. They will be included in the sale, as well as a 2 year old Champion 3000w generator and additional 5 gallon fuel container. The awning works as best I know but I never had use for it, and never bothered to open it.I've had this trailer for 3 years and it's served me well, never a major problem, only reason I'm selling is I've upgraded to a class A RV, and I simply have no use for this anymore. 2007 Phoenix Cruiser model 2551 Ford e450 chassis with Triton V10 engine 67,000 miles. Fully loaded Factory model All specs can be viewed on Phoenix Cruiser website This model has the addition of a solar panel which trickle charges the house batteries. New tires all around Absolutely no rust anywhere From factory these units had diamond shield clear film on all the front so any discoloration you see in the photos is not the paint it is the clear film protecting the paint. You can also see in the photos what looks like peeling over the cab. There is a minor clear coat peel but no damage to paint. It is cosmetic only and a minor fix or it can be re sealed with the diamond shield. This paint option from the factory is over $7,000. These units new are upward of $120,000 No disappointments here. True quality in these Cruisers. Their fiberglass shell is reinforced with aluminum cross beams to last a life time.
