TV shows little wear for its age. All systems and fixtures appear to be functioning properly. All services appear to be current. RV looks very well kept for its age. This is our personal 2015 Little Guy T@G Max Teardrop Camper. It has been used on a dozen or so trips. Always garaged. Looks like new! (there is one small spot on the wall behind the oven that got melted from the previous owner- cosmetic only)This is a hard-sided pop-up trailer that starts as a 19ft length and expands to 26ft when open. This trailer fits in most standard garages when closed. I have had a tent trailer and a larger travel trailer and this one is the perfect in-between. Look at www.Trailmanor.com for more info. This is a very rare trailer. I would love to keep it but my wife keeps saying its time to sell it because we are building a house and we need the money. Full-price offer will include 2 full propane bottles and 2 brand new deep cycle interstate batteries. Everything on this trailer works. I serviced the axles and brakes just a couple weeks ago. The water heater was flushed and cleaned with a new anode rod this past spring. The recirculating toilet was recently repaired and flushes great.
