2007 Roadmaster Predator 824 , We sold our Rzr4 a while back so now we are getting rid of our 2007 Roadmaster Predator 824 Toyhauler. We've moved on to boating. We bought this 2 years ago from our good friends that were the original owners. They had only used it a hand full of times since new and hauled 2 Harleys in it. The RV has always been in covered storage and maintained. Roadmaster was a division of Monaco Coaches designed and built by the same man that builds NASCAR trailers. He set out to build the most functional durable toyhauler made. Then went bankrupt during the recession because people didnt want to pay extra for a premium product. The trailer has all tubular steel unibody construction and aluminum skinned walls, rounded trussed rubber roof. We had it on a CAT scale and it was under 6000lbs. Pretty light for a 28' trailer with a 24' box. This trailer's garage is 11ft long and just fit our 2013 rzr4. The overall height to the top of the a/c is under 10' tall. It has dexter torsion 6000lb axles and tows/rides like a dream. It is fully self contained with 28 gallon on board fuel station/tank, 4000 watt on an generator, 100 gallon fresh water, 30 Grey and 30 black, ducted a/c, outside shower/wash station, indoor shower, toilet, dual kitchen sink, microwave, 3 burner stove top, great insulation, 3 roof vents with fans, inside/outside speakers and a ton more. Stock Number: 714316 . I bought this 5th wheel NEW in Nov. 2010 from Dean's RV to use working construction across the country. Pulled it 20 miles home to Sperry, back to Dean's for minor repairs and back to Sperry where it has been until I put it up for sale (currently in Skiatook). In Feb. 2011 I found out I had a baby boy on the way so I found work to keep me here which, in turn made this "Mobile Mansion" unnecessary. I lived in this REAR KITCHEN unit for appx 4 mo.s at the end of 2013 everything works great. 38ft triple slide has washer/dryer combo, an extra 50amp extension cord and 3+ years left on extended warranty (transferrable for $600 if interested). 9/5/2014 NADA avg retail $49,795.
