For Sale a 10x30 Job Trailer NO TITLE This was an estate buy and was and was left on the property of the seller. I purchased this 2 years ago for an online office and packaging space. It has electric heat(wired 220). Florescent ceiling lights and electrical wall plugs. Also has a bathroom sink and toilet that we never used just didn't get around to hooking it up. It needs an overhaul or (TLC) but the right person could turn this into a nice tiny home or just leave on a job site or storage spot. I have closed business in my second hand shop and no longer need it. I did have the tires removed and it was set on blocks so the tires would not get damaged. U Haul the crank doesn't seem to be working but I have use of a fork lift that will lift it on to a truck. I need to sell this quick and open to hear all reasonable offers.
