This camper is very clean needs some minor work. It had a leak in the roof but has been repaired. I did not replace the ceiling inside so it does have some puckering on one corner in master where it leaked. The linoleum also has a crack  which I was planning on fixing when the weather gets warmer at a higher price. Everything else is great. Does not have a bump out. Sleeps four. The mattress in master is brand new never been slept on. Is tv ready has a stereo. Always winterized properly and maintained and have all the paper work. Repairs and maintenance have been kept up as well. Tires are good. Heat and ac. We bought it lasy year from someone who owned it since new and we never used it. Illness in familyso we will not be using it. So basically one owner.

2001 Hallmark Cuchara Xl , 2001 Hallmark Cuchara For Sale This pop-up truck camper has had the interior re-modeled. This camper is completely self-contained. New vinyl molding has been installed, as well as vinyl wallpaper, vinyl flooring, and a new rug. The cabinets have been resurfaced and resealed. The seating is new from the Hallmark manufacturing plant. Smoke free and pet free. Immaculate camper. The jacks on the camper are Happy jack electric jacks, and are in working order. The system has been gone over by Bill Hallmark himself in Brighton Colorado at the manufacturing plant. All the systems work and are leak free. It holds a 30lb propane tank, clean 3-way fridge that runs on 12-volt, propane, or 110-volt when plugged into shore power, fiberglass wetbath, fiberglass counter tops and a Kenwood audio system with Infinity speakers. There are two marine deep cycle batteries that power the 12-volt system, and 5 additional 12-volt sockets that have been installed by a Master electrician. A 30-amp charge controller has been installed, and a 100-watt polycrstaline solar panel comes with the purchase with moutning hardware. There are two 110-volt sockets when plugged into shore power. The roof has an electric worm drive driven by the 12-volt system. The camper also has a backup camera installed with a wireless monitor to plug into 12-volt socket 2001 Ford F-250 Option if purchasing the camper. Off-road RV go anywhere This F-250 is a Diesel V-8 4x4 with 146,300 miles on it. Manual transmission Truck has a clear title, and carfax vehicle report. 1-26-15 - Truck was serviced. - All fluids flushed 4-22-15 - Alignment service - New Ball joints -New Front Brakes - serpentine belt Truck has Happijac tie downs installed as well as Torklift stableloads for rear suspension.
