2009 Wildwood park model, model # 392FLFB. Currenlty located in Warren, ME in seasonal RV condo park. Has only been use 4 seasons. Unit is in very good condition, never smoked in. Full size appliances, microwave, fridge with ice maker. 2 slide outs, 19' living/dining room, 6' bedroom (has queen bed). Central ac/heat. 20 gallon water heater will be replaced in the Spring. Sleep sofa, dining table w/ 4 chairs, 2 barstools (for countertop dining) included. Walk-in shower/tub with skylight. 19' awning. Electric fireplace, bulit-in stereo with cd player, outdoor speakers. Mega storage, more that you'll ever need. One small leak in corner of bedroom was repaired. Some small water stains on ceiling, not too noticable.
