2012 Evergreen Everlite 31RKS, Immaculate Evergreen Everlite 31RKS-5 fifth wheel trailer. 2012 Model purchased new in 2013. One OWNER, always stored INDOORS, NO SMOKING and NO PETS in unit. All manuals and maintenance records available. Priced below NADA book value. Unit has green environmental certification with composite construction without the use of wood, except on cabinet faces. Lightweight with empty weight of 8000 pounds. The unit operates on 50 amp electrical service (or 30 amp where 50 amp is not available). Two slides: (1) Living Room Sofa/Dinette; and (2) Bedroom. Rear Kitchen model in wrap-around U-shape (includes full-size refrigerator/freezer, three-burner stove with hood, microwave, full-size pantry, cabinets above and below counters. Dinette includes removable table that makes into small bed and large storage spaces below bench seats. Separate gray water tank for kitchen sink. Living Room includes sofa that makes into queen bed with premium inflatable mattress and separate lounge chair. Sofa has storage cabinets above and a slide-out compartment underneath.
