1990 Newell Coach Newell 42 , Rides like a dream and built to live in by Newell!! This a clean, well maintained 1990 Newell Motor Coach...it has always been stored in a temperature controlled building. We are the third owners and have all the records including all the original manuals and purchase specifications. When we purchased it in late 2010, we had a full service and preventative maintenance check performed at the Newell Corporation mileage was 141,500 and diesel generator hours 2318. During that visit new house and engine batteries were installed, a complete new furnace system with duct work was installed, air conditioners were checked and charged, new flat screen 22" LCD TV installed, 2 new front tires and the old ones rotated to the tag, new insulation was replaced in engine and generator compartments, new rear camera and 7" monitor screen were installed, wiper blades replaced, all AC was charged, seals and valves checked and replaced as needed, headlights and dimmer switch replaced, air compressor and water pump switches were replaced or adjusted, interior lights replaced as needed. In 2011 the Detroit Diesel 8V92TA was fully overhauled by High Plains Diesel Works, LLC. Current coach mileage is 151,800 miles with just over 5000 miles since the overhaul. During the overhaul, the transmission, brakes, and alternator were checked and serviced and the entire coach chassis was lubricated. It is a full air ride coach with air bag leveling, tag axle, aircraft style aluminum body construction insulated, heated and carpeted storage bays in the basement. Tremendous storage in the coach and in the basement bay areas some of which are complete pass through compartments, one compartment has a built-in gun storage used by 2nd owner who was a skeet shooter. Lots of tools and extra parts are stored in the coach from the 2nd owner who was meticulous. The interior is Villa Deluxe leather driver and co pilot seats with matching couch which makes out into an extra long full bed, Corian countertops throughout, carpeted, Sharp microwave/convection oven and smooth top electric stove top (replaced at Newell by 2nd owner) full body paint, 3 unit central air, extra yard lights on all sides of the coach, washer and dryer, central vac, never run out of food...100 pound freezer on pull out tray in lockable basement storage bay next to entrance, extra start and stop generator switch in bedroom, exhaust in kitchen and bath, tub and shower in bathroom, patio and window awnings, upgraded 20 gallon water heater with heat exchange upgraded fixtures, mirrored lighted vanity in bedroom, walk around queen bed, lots of wardrobe and other storage.
