2004 Fleetwood Sequoia (Highlander Series) Folding/Camping Trailer. Very clean. Well maintained. Fully functional. No leaks. 2 king size beds. Dining table can be taken down to turn sitting area into additional sleeping space for another bed. Lots of storage space under 3 sided seating area. Plus storage in cabinets all around kitchen. Bathroom includes clean, working toilet and shower with folding walls. Cd/radio and speakers work great! Thermostat for heating and cooling is fast and efficient. Showers are inside and outside. 2 propane tanks. Kitchen includes very clean gas stove top, mini frig, and microwave (see pictures...immaculate!). Additional safety feature included in braking system. Spare tire in new condition. Privacy curtains for each window are all in great condition, clean, no tears. 2 manual ez crank side pop outs for 2 king size beds. Easy access from exterior side panel to empty bathroom tank. Non-smoker. Length:26'10" x 7'5" Weight (lbs):2745 Sleeping Accommodation: 9 Slides: N/A Cash only. I know leaks in roof are a typical concern in rvs. Rest assured, we have had the trailer opened up all week with rain and hail here, yet no leaks :-) asking $4,000.
