This is a 1990 Holiday Rambler Aluma Lite XL that needs some work. I bought it as I project to work on and live in temporarily but got a new job and have not been able to work on it for a few months and now need to sell. It has a 454 Chevy motor with the the 3 speed auto transmission. It runs strong. Has 128,300 miles on the odometer. The rear ac unit needs to be replaced with a new unit, the front ac unit runs good. I did put in a window unit because it's cheaper to run than the ones on it already and I will sell it with the RV. Also the black water tank needs to be replaced. RV store said if I replace it myself it would cost between $200 to $500 depending on the size tank I put in. There is normal wear-and-tear for a vehicle this old. I do have a clean title to the RV, its just not registered due to me not driving it. There are two refrigerators. I don't use the RV one because it's way too inefficient but there is a small standalone refrigerator that I will send with it. The water heater works good. Also the tires are in good shape 80% left except two tires that will need to be replaced one was a bow out and the other has a little bit of damage on the side wall Also has a 7000w Kohler generator that's needs a new carb, it dose run when using carb cleaner and its getting fuel to the carb. It just needs the carb to be replace or rebuilt I live just out side of Lubbock TX and can deliver any where in lubbock for free
