This spacious unit has proved to be a road worthy companion. The couch is brand new as well as new laminate flooring and a new shower. The roof seams have been resealed recently as well as a new front door and new steps. The tires are less than a year and half old and have good tread and are ready to roll. 2006 Coachmen Chaparral 32 ft and 3 slides.  This fiver has a king sized bed with memory foam matress and sliding back closet.  There are lots of cabnet space and 6 drawers of storage and more storage under the bed.  The kitchen has a regular sized RV fridge and three burner gas stove.  The water heater and fridge are gas and electric operated.  Large windows in the rear and on both slides outfitted with accordian style blinds and regular curtains.  The roof is in good shape and has been treated every year since purchase in 2007 and there are no leaks anywhere.  Carpets are good throughout the camper.  There is a well used queen sized hide a bed in the living room and two recliners.  Carpets, chairs and sofa have been cleaned last fall.  Air conditioner works well.  Camper is wired 50 amp.  Tires are 10 ply and three years old. Items that go with the camper are as follows.  All kitchen items will stay such as silver ware, plates, cups, bowls and pots and pans.  Two bags of orange leveling blocks, nice grill for cooking out, free standing ice maker,  home made stairs in good condition, truck hitch and trailor brake system, hoses and filtration device, and wheel covers,

This is a nice 32 foot, 3 slide fifth wheel by Coachmen.  The model is Chaperral.  It hs a king sized bed with a 4 inch memory foam mattress we installed.  Nice large mirrored sliding door closet.  There is a nice sized rear closet with plenty of room around the bed with a long shelf infront of the bedroom window.  Both water heater and fridge are electric and gas operated and is wired 50 amp.  There is a queen sized hide-a-bed in the living room with two recliner chairs.  There is lots of storage through out and two nice sized storage areas in the belly.  Roof is in good shape and has been treated every year since purchase in 2007. There are no leaks anywhere.  This fifth wheel is one owner and has been used only about 2 to 4 months per year.    Equipment that goes with the vehicle is ice maker, grill, three bags of orange plastic blocks, a shock, tire covers, and truck hitch and trailer brake electric operated in cab of my truck.  There is 20 feet of sewer hose with attachments and an external water filteration.  There are dishes, some pots and pans as well as hand towels all to go with the camper.  There are two 30 pound gas cylinders that are over half full.   Must see to appreciate.
