Model 294 RLS, 31' travel trailer with one slide. The trailer is in good condition for its age. Sold as-is and is priced accordingly. We are selling this trailer because we haven't used this trailer for a couple of years. We've enjoyed the layout of this trailer, especially the generous windows on the back. The rear windows make the living area feel more open and provides unobstructed views. All of the appliances and mechanical units are in working order except for the following items that need to be repaired or replaced: - Awning - Front steps - The electronic ignitor for the stove's front burner doesn't spark. This burner works when lit with a match. - Thermostat for the furnace and air conditioning. We had the unit serviced by a professional technician. The heater and air conditioner passed the inspection but the thermostat needs to be replaced.

This vehicle is a 1999 Class-A Winnebago Brave Model WCF 32 T. It sits on a Ford Chassis, powered by a Ford Triton V-10 Engine. It is 32 feet, 2 inches long with a 208 inch wheelbase. Nice paint, no damage. Good tires. Good glass. Engine and chassis have been serviced, oil change, filter, greased, lights, new anti-freeze, just checked all over by local RV dealership. Generous basement storage. The vehicle has only 34,800 original miles on it. It has the original build sheets, listing all the features and extras that came from the factory, as well as all the manuals for the appliances, plus many of the specs to explain how to pull repairs yourself. Also includes owners manuals and instructions. Two things two be aware of: first, the awning is complete, but was not taken care of by previous owner. Second, the speedometer (which is original) registers mileage, but not speed. Used ones and new ones are available, running from about $125 used to $700 new.
