2011 KZ durango 295CS for sale. this is a 31' 3 slide fifth wheel that's in great shape. the living room area has opposing slides that really open up the living space. comes with a 40" HD tv above the electric fireplace and a 8 cubic ft frig. There is a ton of storage in the living area and the bedroom has a wardrobe slide that provides extra room in the bedroom. The mattress was upgraded to a sleep number bed. The basement has a pass trough storage and is equipped with a 22" tv. I also upgraded the wheels and tires replacing them with 16" aluminum wheels and 16" LT tires. Easily sleeps 7 to 9 people, queen bed, double/single bunk bed, jack knife sofa, and dinette. Large refrigerator with separate freezer door, 3 burner stove with oven, microwave, double bowl sink and 5 gal hot water tank. AM/FM CD stereo, TV mounting and speakers inside and outside of the camper. Two 20 lb LP tanks, electric jack, and power awning. All original instruction brochures. In the pictures of the queen bed showing on the walls are removable vinyl decals. There is also an option to transfer the "travel trailer elite plan" extended warranty through "Preserve" that expires May 19, 2019. If you would like the extended warranty it is an additional $750.
