Reason for selling is not using it enough..
According to the seller, everything works as it should. The tires were replaced in 2022.
It has not been de-winterized, as the seller has not used it this year.
The engine and generator run well; she has maintenance records "from the day it was purchased."
The only thing she noted is a crack in the fiberglass in front of the bedroom slide, as shown in the photo. It is sealed and does not leak.

Very clean and well maintained motorhome with newer tires and ready for travel.
Very nice Class C is ready for the road and new adventures. Spacious living area with dinette/sleeper, sofa-bed, and cab-over queen sleeps a total of eight travelers.
It comes with a 4.0kW Onan generator, a 16' power awning, slide toppers, and "loads of storage," per the seller. Power leveling jacks work well but are not automatic.
According to the seller, the reliable Ford Triton 6.8L V10 gets between 8-9 MPG at 60-65 MPH. At just over 30', it's not so long that it's hard to drive but has plenty of room in the living area and the bedroom.
