Done Traveling.Turn Key Coach. Ready to use. Comes with bedding, throw rugs, shower curtain, towels, cleaning supplies, camp site mat, folding chairs, spare oil, spare filters etc. Even comes with silverware and a junk drawer. Lots of storage bins. Third owner. This unit is in great shape. Everything works well. Interior wood and fabric near new condition. Exterior shows a little wear but has had polishing every 6 months in last 2 years. No cracked glass. Flooring good. Curtains good. Ford chassis w 460 fuel injected gas engine. Banks power and brake unit installed. Plenty of pwer and braking for towing. Serviced every 5,000 mi. Trans and rearend serviced in last year. No issues with either. I estimate I have driven this coach about 5,000 miles since purchasing Sept 2014. Odometer inoperative. Previous owner estimated total mileage on unit at 60,000 mi. 4 disk brakes at 50% wear. Front radial tires new Jan 2015. Rear radial tires 80% tread remaining. Two roof mount AC units work great. Drivers AC serviced summer May 2016. Main awning fabric in good condition. Mounting bracket shows signs of repair by previous onwers but is functional. Propane furnance works great. Fridge works on gas or elec. 1200 hours on generator, serviced Jan 2016. Storage space available if you plan on keeping near Central Coast Recreation Area. No rust. The unit came from the dry eastern Oregon climate in Sept 2016 to Arroyo Grande CA. . 2012 Livin' Lite Quicksilver 10.0 , 2012 Livin' Lite Quicksilver 10.0 OFFROAD EDITION, color silver, excellent condition. Purchased new in October 2011. Has approximately 8,000 miles. Has been on about 25 trips, fifty or so nights out total. Has never been out in snow, and has been in the rain only a handful of times, and when it was I always pitched it at home and allowed it to dry fully. Has only been off pavement a few times, and then always on graded dirt roads (it has NEVER been taken off road.) Garage kept. Vinyl tonneau cover has been recently replaced (due to broken snaps) and is like new. Still has factory tires with what appears to be 80-90% of their tread remaining. Factory options include: off-road package; surge brakes (see below); front & rear jack stands; fans/lights; privacy curtains; 7-pin trailer hookup; deep-cycle battery (see below); two (one more than normal) 12V plugs; 110V (when on shore power); corner "TV stand" was removed for extra floorspace; propane tank on tongue w/special sealed sidewall penetration (to feed LP line to catalytic propane heater inside); LP & CO detectors; "champagne" (beige) color scheme. Non-factory options: vinyl tile floor; 8000 BTU LP Gas Heater. Further notes: There a few interior dings on the galley doors and sidewalls from normal use, but nothing that terrible. I installed the vinyl floor (and foam underlay) myself; not a pro job, but definitely good enough IMHO. The heater is a Camco 57351 Olympian Wave-8 8000 BTU LP Gas Catalytic Safety Heater. (This heater rocks; it keeps the trailer sleepable in even near-freezing temps, and is included in the package. Google it its cool.) I have not been running the trailer with a battery so it wont come with one. However, I can demo the electrical system for you to verify it works. Since the trailer only weighs 1,000 lbs (dry), I currently have the surge brakes locked out with a bolt. To activate them you only need to remove the bolt and then fill/bleed the hydraulic lines. Remember these trailers are all-aluminum - so aside from a few "normal use" dings in the interior and a bit of dust on the canopy, this one is really almost like new! A note on the photos: These were taken with the camper was about a year old, but are still fairly representative. Also note the bike rack is NOT included. $8,000.00

2008 Keystone Copper Canyon 24FWRL, For sale is our 2008 Keystone Copper Canyon Sprinter Fifth-Wheel in excellent condition. We are only the second owner of this totally dialed-in unit with more than 50 after-market additional upgrades and accessories added over the years to make RV camping even more convenient and comfortable. Its amazing how much all these little extras can cost. The 28 size has been perfect for us for camping (dry or hook-ups) in smaller sites at many state and national parks where sometimes bigger rigs are not practical, a feature really appreciated when pulling into tight spots. The well-designed floor plan feels larger than it actually is. Our trailer also comes with a durable custom-made Cal-Mark RV cover ($965) that was always used to protect it from the elements when stored. In addition, I will be selling separately several other important accessories for this trailer (Husky sliding hitch, 2 near-new Yamaha 2KW super-quiet generators, folding lounge chairs, 9x12 reversible outdoor mat, etc.), but I will hold off selling them for now in case the buyer of our Copper Canyon wants to buy them first.
