The overall condition of this RV is very good , The only thing noticed was some graphics that were peeling on the exterior. All of the appliances and features seem to be working as they should. The tires are a little weather-cracked. Stock #394614 385TH with king size bedroom! 1 1/2 baths! 12x8 garage with fuel station! Triple A/Cs! Fireplace! This 2015 Momentum 385TH manufactured by Grand Design is located in Sadler, Texas. When you enter this RV, you enter into the kitchen/living area; there is a couch in the slide to the left, and to the right is the TV and fireplace with a stereo and CD player. In the kitchen area, the double sink is on the island. It also has a large 4-door refrigerator. The cooktop and sink covers are made out of the same material as the counter to give you more counter space. There is a large pantry with drawers built in. You have an upper sleeping area over the half bath and hall. As you go through the glass door to the garage, there are two fold-out seats on both sides of the garage, one of which folds out into a bed. Above is another bed that comes down. There is a TV and another stereo in the garage. You can access the half bath from the garage and the living area. The bedroom up front has a king-size bed and a very large closet. There is also a dresser with a TV. The bath is good size, with a large shower and a porcelain toilet. The exterior has a huge storage up front that is a pass-through. When you lower the ramp in the back of the RV, you can have an outdoor patio off of the garage with rails and an awning. On the side, there are two patio awnings for plenty of shade. If you are looking for a toy hauler that has it all for a very affordable price, then this is the one for you. Reason for selling is downsizing.

Excellent condition. This Calico trailer was custom built but never pulled on the highway, except when manufacturer delivered. It is 18' long x 7' 6" wide & can be customized to your specific needs. Trailer has dual axles, trailer-style door entered over the tongue, diamond-plate reinforcement front & rear, built in stabilizer jacks on each corner, new spare tire, Two (2) 7'doors on each 18'side, One (1) 7' door on rear, & electrical breaker box installed.
