The RV's exterior is very well maintained, and the full-body paint is still in really good condition, as the RV is always covered when not in use. There are a few minor chips and scratches in various places on the RV, but all should be considered normal wear and tear. The tires, which have date codes from 2021, still have plenty of tread and show no signs of damage or premature wear. The interiors are in great condition with no signs of water intrusion. There are only a few minor rips and some of the synthetic leather interior. Very nice motorhome, but must sell for health reasons. Very little use and low mileage. Rare layout with two bathrooms. Ford V10. Brand new tires, new brake pads, and just serviced/checked out. Everything works as it should and you will need nothing. It has some cosmetic clear coat coming off on the top rear and could use a new awning canvas on the drivers side.
