The KZ Escalade 37RE is the flagship of KZ. The original MSRP was $126,000. Therefore you're saving more than one hundred thousand dollars. You can save a ton of money and have a better build quality juxtaposed to the newer units that are built to save weight, reducing their overall quality. We have absolutely loved our KZ Escalade. It has allowed us to see nearly the entire United States in comfort. 2002 Ram 3500 with only 102,000 miles is also available. For both 24,999. Washer and Dryer closet Upgraded refrigerator. Pay careful attention the refrigerator in these units fail and costs nearly 5000 to fix and sometimes catch fire. We opted to replace the refrigerator. There is no comparison, hands down a much better refrigerator than the stock one. This upgrade will save you lots of money. Overall the fifth wheel is in good condition. The entire roof was completely replaced in 2013 after a tree punctured the membrane. New water heater less than a year old. Upgraded to 18 gallons. This is very nice if you are used to the standard 6 gallon. 400 watts of solar panels Upgrade King bed. Two ac. Automatic sat. Pullout tray under. Generator compartment. Double pane windows with blackout solar shades. Cherry Wood Cabinets and doors. There is so much to inspect and look at please contact me if interested.

This is Model 300QB 30 foot unit built on Ford chassis with 460 CI engine. NADA retail value $20,250 per my local Coachmen dealer. I spent $6200 on repairs and upgrades in May 2014 including seven new BFG tires, new batteries, entire roof new caulk/sealant, new A/C fan and motor, all windows professionally tinted, professionally cleaned/polished/ detailed inside and outside, 4000 watt Onan generator with only 268 hours removed and serviced/carburator cleaned/new fuel pump, engine serviced oil & filters, all new belts & hoses, all wheel disc brakes inspected & cleaned. New flat screen TV & DVD player, new JVC AM/FM/CD. Separate bathroom and shower. Fresh/gray/black water holding tanks. All appliances work 100%. Awning is almost like new. Magic Chef oven and three burner stove. Two door refrigerator and freezer propane or electric. Double stainless steel sink. Dash and roof A/C blow cold. Queen size bed. We made a three week trip this summer towing a car without a single problem. This RV is probably in the best shape it has been since new with only 10,482 miles. $18,900 or best offer.
