We are selling our 2012 Redwood. I have taken a project overseas and would rather let it go then store it. We are selling this unit with everything. This will be complete with summer hose, winter hose (heated) all fittings, adapters and pressure regulators. The sewer hose with extension and stands, the weber barbecue with stand, propane tank and hose. The unit is complete with all dishes, silverware, pots and pans, Tupperware, coffee bean grinder and coffee maker, toaster and more. This also includes 2 100lb propane tanks and an extra 30lb tank to give you a total of 290lbs of propane. We will also throw in the fifth wheel pin stand for stabilizing when parked and we will include the Air Ride air hitch, all you need is your bed rails and a plug socket and this baby is ready to go. The unit has a Norcold double door refrigerator with ice maker, 2 AC units with heat pump, fireplace and surround sound. The bedroom has a king size bed and all bedding will go with the unit including the heated mattress pad. The unit has 2 leather recliners and a leather couch, there is an inflatable mattress for extra sleeping and it has a central vacuum with all the attachments. We have added storage in the slide out closet into the bedroom as well as a wine refrigerator. The kitchen has a fantastic fan in the ceiling and a ceiling fan in the living room. The windows are all tinted frameless dual thermo panes and all the slide outs have top of the line Care Free awnings over them. The unit has a spacious basement compartment as well as storage up front. The unit is wired for a generator and has 2 batteries installed with a manual shut off. This is a very nice unit and it is ready to go I can deliver it within a 500 mile radius with no extra charge. The jacks are all hydraulic and the unit is a self leveler, this is a great feature. We have all of the jack pads and wheel chocks go with the unit as well. There are some scratches on the back door where I learned about tail whip the first time out. I rubbed a rain gutter pulling into a site, see the picture of the back door. I am sure I have missed some items so please ask questions. The unit was last used in early November for 2 weeks and has been parked winterized since. The unit still has warranty on it until November 2014.
