PRICED TO SELL- MH with Option on Towed:This MH has two huge slides; the living room and the bedroom/closet. Closet moves out with the bedroom slide providing a large dressing area. The brochure published by Winnebago Industries on their website for this specific model shows all the details on the motor home. Air Conditioning and Heat is primarily provided by a Heat Pump (in addition to gas furnace), rather than conventional AC units on the roof. We have made the following changes have been made: Living and Bed Room TV's replaced with flat screen digital TVs/DVD's; Radio/Cassette player replaced with a Radio/CD Player; Coffee pot replaced with a Toaster Oven; microwave oven with a Microwave/Convection Oven; Shower Stall replaced with new along with new Residential Type Fixtures that are much easier to use than the original fixtures. After Market Add-on’s: 1) Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar (1,000 + Value): This feature was added (in addition to the existing anti-sway bar) and eliminates being pushed around on the road by high winds and passing 18-wheelers. Even these large motor homes pitch and roll with every gust of wind or passing semi, list to port or starboard on the curves, and waddle over speed bumps, railroad tracks and driveways. The addition of this aftermarket (one of the best on the market) all but eliminates this problem. 2) Safe-t-Plus Steering Control ($800 + Value): Not all dangerous driving situations have caution signs; a blowout around the next curve, a sudden gust of wind from a passing truck, or a new pothole at the bottom of a hill. Any such unexpected event might send a vehicle out of control. Safe-T-Plus is a steering control device that will automatically stabilize the vehicle, enabling you to safely maneuver through an unexpected perilous road situation before you're even aware of it. 3) Tires, all eight tires were recently replaced with new Toyo tires meeting the original specifications at a cost of $ 2,700. Tires have now traveled approximately 3k miles. The first set went over 40k miles. 4) Brakes: New rotors, calipers and pads were installed at 32k miles. 5) Roadmaster BlackHawk2 All-Terrain Tow Bar: (a $1,500 value): This is Roadmaster's top of the line tow bar (10,000 lb. carrying capacity) and it is more than capable of towing any trailer or vehicle. 6) Swagman Traveler XCS 2 RV Bike Rack that integrates perfectly with the Roadmaster tow bar. It is a platform rack, supporting the bikes with the bike tires resting on the rack. The rack accommodates all types of bikes including the bulkier "Cruiser" bikes MH has some scrapes and bruises (it is, after all, used), however, it is in excellent condition overall. 2015 Keystone Fuzion Chrome 345 This 5th wheel toy hauler has (2) axles, (3) slide outs, a 12' cargo area and ALL the new upgrades, plus it has the Chrome package which has the stainless appliances with convection microwave, hardwood ceiling treatments, lamp and bedroom nightstand, digital wireless back up camera, second camera in garage, 310 Watt "Chrome" sound bar with blue tooth, the new Fuzion fast track patio system, a (3) seasons sliding rear patio door, MorRyde patio step, exterior lounge chairs, Chrome bedding and headboard, Chrome King bed master suite with throw pillows, Chrome paint package, G-rated tires, Equa Flex suspension, The new solid surface counter tops, linoleum, and kitchen back splash. It has a Chrome high rise kitchen faucet, a touch screen Sony radio, LED accent lighting, and a ramp door patio system with power awning! This toy hauler is absolutely one of the nicest you'll walk through. The FZ345 floor plan has a north to south King size master bed with a large wardrobe slide on the off door side which also extends into the bathroom for a linen closet. The side aisle bathroom has the new residential style one piece fiberglass shower with stool and it has a sink with underneath storage and a porcelain foot flush toilet. The living area is very spacious because of the (2) opposing slides. The slide on the off door side has the 97" sofa lounge with built in recliners and across from that is a large counter top that extends from the back wall with a double sink and tons of cabinets and drawers for extra storage. The slide on the door side is a galley (kitchen) slide with a (3) burner stove top, an oven, the 30" convection microwave oven with an exhaust hood and the (4) door refer, and again, all the appliances are stainless steel. Fuzion also has (2) nice size pantry's for food storage as well. The cargo area is 12' long. It has the double electric beds with opposing couches and the patented 5K tie downs. It's a super nice toy hauler with all the right options. Here's a list that were ordered on this Fuzion Chrome FZ345. The interior color is Onyx. Besides the Chrome packages, it has the Monster package plus which has the G-rated tires, dual A/C's with heat strip in the garage, the (8) function remote control, a central vacuum system, and the (6) point hydraulic leveling system. It has the Intense Interior package, the Extreme Exterior package and the Blizzard package for cold weather camping. All of these packages contain a TON of really nice features!! It has the correct track axle alignment system, the new painted front cap with Key Shield, rear power beds with opposing couches, a 5500 Onan generator with fueling station, frameless tinted windows, dual lighted awnings, a memory foam mattress, and the King bed master suite! PRICE REDUCED! This motor home has two huge slides; the living room and the bedroom/closet. The closet moves out with the bedroom slide providing a very nice and large dressing area. The brochure published by Winnebago Industries on their website for this specific model shows all the details on the motor home. Air Conditioning and Heat is primarily provided by a Heat Pump, rather than conventional AC units on the roof. There are some minor differences from the brochure. The large TV was replaced by the original owner who also replaced the Radio/Cassette player with a Radio/CD Player. There is also a DVD player installed. We have replaced the coffee pot (coffee pots due wear out) with a toaster oven and we recently replaced the microwave oven with a Microwave/Convection oven. Other more significant extras which have been added are described below. This motor home does have some small scrapes and bruises (it is, after all, used), however, it is in excellent condition overall. There are no mechanical or safety problems whatsoever. We are the second owners.
