This is a 2004 , 31' Sunseeker SS 3100 Motor Home by Forest River.
This motor home is in excellent condition with very low miles.
It has all the deluxe features you might like.
Generator, Roof Air, Running boards, Artic Pkg.,Factory awning, Hitch, Water purifier, Electric Step, Emergency Start, SS Wheel liners, Add'l Bi- Fold Door (Bedroom), Raised Panel Oak Doors, Power Windows and Door locks. Leather seating. Everything as good as new.
This 2004 unit has a 6.8L V 10 Ford Engine, on the E450 Super Duty Chassis.
4KW generator, patio awning,pass thru storage, 5K lb hitch, cruise control, leather seating, microwave, roof A/C, LP gas furnace etc.
This motor home has a slide out with the couch and dinette moving out.
It sleeps 8 with 2 on the couch and 2 on the dinette and 2 on the over the cab bed.
We have never tested that out since there are only the 2 of us and we used the queen sized bed in the rear of the camper.
This has been a pet free and smoke free motor home.

Our age and health reasons have dictated to us to give-up our traveling by motorhome.
It is a shame such a nice unit is not being used by someone.
We just had 6 brand new Firestone load range E tires installed on it in October 2013 and have not driven it 100 miles since then and I will fill the gas tank, have the oil changed for the engine as well as for the generator and have the LP tank filled as well. - See more at: http://www.rvregistry.com/used-rv/1006989.htm
